When do new classes begin?
Most of our weight loss boot camp exercise classes are ongoing. You can join at any time. Check with our specific boot camp locations for information on how to get started. Also, be sure to check the calendar on your location page for information on holiday and vacation breaks.

What is a typical day at boot camp like?
Every day is different, although we will frequently have you perform many basic strength and conditioning movements. One day could be more of an endurance day; another could focus more on strength; yet another could be an obstacle-course. At our Boot Camp, we work to keep your body challenged and your mind interested at the same time so you never get bored.

Will I be sore?
Yes, you probably will. The first week or two will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. Once the soreness wears off and you continue exercising, you will feel your body getting stronger and your endurance will significantly improve. We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.

How "HardCore" is the workout?
Our boot camps are very challenging... but isn't that what boot camp is all about? We do meet you at your current fitness level and then push you to new heights. Anyone wanting a challenging and effective workout will not be disappointed with our HardCore Boot Camp workout. This is boot camp... not power walking!

When will I start seeing results?
Within the first couple of weeks you will definitely see and feel results! If you follow the program and nutrition recommendations with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches, increased stamina, better quality sleep, faster metabolism, and overall better health!

What items will I have to purchase?
It depends on the boot camp that you enroll in... many of our camps ask that you bring: 5-8 lb dumbbells, any type of exercise mat, and a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items: a towel to dry off with, workout gloves, extra clothing during the colder months.

Do you have a refund policy?
No, we don't offer refunds. If you are unable to continue with the boot camp, you can transfer your session to a friend or relative. There is no monetary refund.

...Knowing that it takes time and commitment to change your body and form new healthy habits, it is recommended that you attend at least 12-weeks of our bootcamp fitness program, back-to-back, to see optimal results and to create new, healthy habits into your lifestyle. Many of our boot campers  do our bootcamp exercise programs with us year round because they like the schedule, accountability, and great results!

What IS the "CORE"?
Anatomically, the core is the body minus the legs and arms. The primary core muscle groups are located in the abdominal region, mid back, and low back. Secondary core muscle groups are located in the hips, surrounding the pelvis, and deep inside the pelvic cavity. Building and maintaining a strong core is essential for maintaining proper posture, and stabilizing the entire body (in particular the hips, pelvis, and low back). READ MORE
