Boot camp workouts are an efficient way to work your entire body. You transition from one exercise to another with little or no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics, body weight exercises, core conditioning, speed and agility drills, and more. The goal of boot camp is to lose weight, tone your muscles, and improve strength and endurance.

Our boot camp workouts are:

   * Easy to fit in to a busy schedule - You can do it early morning before work.

As a certified group fitness instructor, Jackie is able to create fun and effective boot camp workout programs for her clients.
